In order to cover the International Human Powered Submarine Races at the US Navy's Carderock Model Basin I built an underwater video camera housing. I have images on my facebook page. What have I learned? Go for it, jump in. Meta Data: Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock hosts the 11th bi-annual Submarine Race. These races are an intense competition to test the agility, strength and speed of these team-designed aquatic and human-powered submarines.
